I received a mask from Trick Or Treat Studios but from an eBay seller who stated I would have to go through the Trick Or Treat Studios to receive a refund since it was their mask even though I didn't buy it directly though them. I am quite dissapointed in the fact that I could not see out of the mask, but when I was on the website, they had a blog that told me to cut the eyes to make it fit for me to see out of. I did what the website told me.
I contacted their facebook, and I was again directed to the blog site, to cut the mask. I paid a lot of money for a mask that I will probably end up getting killed in wearing on halloween due to being blindsided. They really need to state on their site the sizes to choose from for the mask and a warning that you probably won't see through it without cutting the eyes open.
Overall, dissapointed and feel somewhat ripped off. I will put the mask back up on ebay.
The makers of these masks need to put more information on their website. It probably doesn't cost them $59.99 to make it anyway. They look mass produced out of China.

So this is clearly Anthony again, or his so called buddy that he has been threatening me with to write another review.
Once again, all are masks are designed to fit the average human head size, 24 1/2", which is the industry standard and is used by every costume company on earth. We do not guarantee fit as there is always going to be customers with larger and smaller heads than the average. We clearly stated on our Facebook site that the eye cuts on the They Live mask were cut small to preserve the integrity of the screen used mask from the movie They Live, which was used to produce this mask.
Even though this customer bought the They Live mask from an EBAY and not us, I would have been happy to replace the mask for something else if he or she had contacted me before cutting the eyes making the mask unsellable to another customer.
As far as the customers vindictive final comment. Our masks are made out of the best mask factory on earth in Mexico, not China, and we have won over 25 Artistic Awards over our 4 years in business and have been named the Best Mask Producer by the Halloween Industry Expo 4 years in a round. And yes, if you sell a mask $59.99, that usually means it costs more than $59.99 to make. Might want to go back and take a couple business classes friend.
By the way, the following is clearly stated on our website:
All our masks are 100% hand made to order, as a result, with the exception of defects, there are no refunds. Please keep in mind due to the hand made nature of the masks, variations in weathering, color and hair can exist and do not qualify as defects.
Also, given that everybody has a different head size, we cannot guarantee fit and perfect visibility and lack of fit and perfect visibility do not qualify as defects.
We sold 2,5000 They Live masks this year and Anthony and his so-called buddy are the only two complaints we have had, you do the math. Thank god for the internet, it gives people like this a place to complain.
