TrimGenesis Free trial with postage of $4.95; however they charged $4.95 & additional $4.99. I cancelled & was tld they had no proof of my cancellation. Then I am charged $79.99 internet Nationwide

I ordered a free trial period of Galbgarcinia & to pay postage only of $4.95.  After some concerns I called & cancelled but unfortunately do not have the date in early July that I cancelled.  Package received early July.  I have not opened it & again called & left my number to call back which they did not.

Today July 15th, I called again & left number early a.m.& never received call.  I called approx. 2 pm & was treated porrly via the phone as I disputed being charged an additional $79.95 for what I am not sure, although they said it was for the free trial package that cost if I didn't cancel within 14 days (which I did); AND I hadn't even received the product when I cancelled.

I asked again to cancel the charges as I was being charged an additional $4.99 plus $79.99 which is still a puzzle if not fraud.  Very disrespectful to me as I was trying to work with them & then he hung up on me. Obviously this is not an honest company & am glad I was able to contact my credit card.  They will dispute but stated this is the way these folks make their money.
