Just purchased the Jack LaLanne Power juicer. The product is supposed to be dishwasher safe, with the exception of the base. They are not diswasher safe, one of the parts warped in the dishwasher.

The company does not provide any information for customer support or replacement parts. Were it not for Rip-Off Report.com, I would have been at a loss as to how to contact this company.

I hope they answere my phone call.

TRISTAR PRODUCTS Bought 4 flexible green hoses, first one lasted 1 month, 2nd one broke same day purchased, bursts open, exchanged that one for a new one, that one bursted again within 3 days, returned that one bursted, --is laying in my back yard, and now the 1st one I purchased 07-13-05 bursted SO NO HOSE DO I HAVE, THE TWO I HAVE ARE GOING TO BE RETURNED TO STORE AND ASK FOR REFUND, AND WILL BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND. LOVED THE HOSE, BUT THE PRODUCT IS JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK BEING RETIRED AND OLDER IT WAS MUCH EASIER TO HANDLE, AND I DO NOT HAVE A BIG YARD, JUST HAVE TO WATER A SMALL FLOWER BED, AND VEGETABLE GARDEN.
