Tropical Grand Vacations Ripped me of US$798-00(vacations) and never heard nor able to contact them Longwood Florida

In late May 2008, I had a call on the home phone from a tropical grand vacations telling me that I am privileged to be selected for a holiday vacations in Florida for 4 persons for 9 days at a resort with breakfasts for USD599-00. I was promised that when I signed up and within 30 days should I change my mind I will get a full refund. As I thought it was a very good offer and I have never been to the US, and when I was signing up, they said that I could have a few more days for another US$199-00. They were so convincing that I agreed to it.

I had my credit card immediately debited and never heard from them for nearly 2 months when I received a small parcel with a few colourful vouchers enclosed. I immediately posted it back to them and circumstances haved changed in my life and am unable to travel to the US. Many phone calls went to an answering machine to call back and emails were unable to be sent. I am still waiting to hear from them and get my money back.
