This IT "support" company advertizes that they are affiliated with Microsoft and Kaspersky (internet security software company) but they are not. If you do an internet search for customer service for these companies they show up. I thought I was calling Kaspersky customer support but I was not. I got nervous when they started doing suspicious things to my laptop remotely (like accessing my email account and deleting a bunch of things without telling me what they were deleting) so I found Kaspersky''s "real" number and they told me these people routinely claim this affiliation but they are in no way affiliated. I called to cancel the service and they refused and became very hostile. My computer is all messed up now, having granted these people access, and I need to pay someone else to fix it. I paid $250 and am trying to get the bank to reverse the charge. Dealing with these people is dangerous - I am very concerned about all of the private, secure information they have accessed. I don't know why these people are not in jail yet.

I'm sorry you have had a bad experience , however the trove it solutions is 100% a legitimate company. We believe in our customer's satisfaction than the business.
On our website its clearly mentioned that we are an individual third party technical support company. We support all the computer software related issues and offers different service subscription plans to the customers accordingly.
WE NEVER CLAIM THAT WE ARE MICROSOFT OR KESPERSKY. AND THAT IS WHY WE SHARE THE LEGAL SERVICE CONTRACT AND HAVE OUR CUSTOMERS SIGN THEM AND ALSO WE SHARE ALL THE SERVICE AND PAYMENT DETAILS WHICH AGAIN CLEARLY MENTIONS WHOM THE CUSTOMER IS DEALING WITH.
We work in a very simple way , so that our customers do not missunderstand. When we share the screen of the customers computer we ask for their due concent and read the disclaimer to close all of thier personal file and folders and request them to stay in front of thier computer screen for the security reasons as we work under the law DPA (DATA PROTECTION ACT), Therefore, we educate everything to the customer then and there only while diaganosing the computer.
We nerver practice to exaggerate coputer issue and only tell them what we find and show them too. And all this happens in front of the customers eyes and that's why we tell them to stay in front of the screen and whatch us working on thier computer.
