TRS Recovery Services, Inc. Harassment of an innocent identity theft victim Houston Texas

I have contacted TRS Recovery Services, Inc. about the twenty plus different notices for unpaid checks totaling over $20,000 written using my name or nickname, and address. I have provided TRS with Affidavitt's of Fogery but this is not good enough. They keep asking for more proof from me that I did not write these checks even though the criminals writting these checks do not even have my correct identification. TRS's harassment (letters, telephone calls, phone system - its hard to get through to a live person and then after hearing my complaints some would hang up on me, a non-toll free number to call at my expense) has caused me great aggravation. I have written to TRS's forgery department only to have more requests, i.e. additional affidavits, put upon me. P.S. Each affidavit will only clear one bad check at a time. TRS only deals with account numbers and not names. Therefore, TRS will allow identity theft criminals to write as many checks as they desire using my name and address on checks with another victim's account information without a question from TRS. These criminals also continue to use the same incorrect identification linked to me without question. Something is wrong when TRS does not investigate the true problem (its own system) but instead keeps harassing me. I would not use TRS or Telecheck for my business nor would I shop at a store that uses TRS or Telecheck for check cashing purposes. Additionally, TRS's representatives continually ask for my personal information which I refuse to give to them. For all I know, they will attach it to these bad checks that I have not written and ruin my credit for good.
