Spoke to a ChemLawn rep regarding there services and then spoke to there audit rep. regarding pricing and contract. The audit rep was telling me about the price and treatments and I I explained to them before anything get started I would like to have a service agreement to look over with my partner. Well due to this fast speaking rep and his way with words I did not understand indept that I was actually giving him a verbal agreement over the phone to start the process. When I noticed the first application signs a couple of weeks after the phone consult,I immediately called the company to tell them that I did not give the ok in writing yet and to stop treatment. A couple of weeks later to a month we received a call on my voicemail to contact them (chemlawn) to call them to set up next appointment...I never called and then a couple of days after that call we received an invoice regarding another treatment...but the fact is this invoice said 5pm..we had company that day and we left a little after 5pm that same day and came back at around 6 6:15...an hour or so later, this invoice said that the chemlawn technician put down granular fertilizer and some weed mist to kill weeds, well on top of not giving our ok for the treatment and asking them not to continue,we did not see any granular fertilizer or any kind of mist on any part of crabgrass or weeds anywhere in our yard. He didnt even put down flags to notate area's were treated. Then there going to bill me 84.74 for lime and whats called lawn visit 3. I'm planning on taking them to court for coersion and deceaving methods.
