TRUGREEN LAWN CARE solicits constantly!, wont take no, comes onto your lawn and criticizes your lawn , offers 2 for 1 or "FREE" care ... florence, Kentucky

TRUGREEN LAWN CARE solicits DOOR TO DOOR every year, over and over and over

They have NO REGARD for your signs you post on your door in regards to any feelings or anything you may have to say. I have a handicapped mother who can not get to the door and these monsters CONSTANTLY solicitate , my mom has almost had to scream at them to implore them to leave, like the Jehovah Witness.

Finally my mom was having a really bad day, had just gotten out of the hospital and was totally EXHAUSTED!! She gave in to the stupid suckers and told them to LEAVE HER THE (*((( alone she would sign up ONCE to get rid of her weeds, but that was IT!! because just the dust and wind from the neighbors treatments drove my little brother and her to the ER more than once.  AND that they must NEVER EVER come unheeded or without calling due to that fact and she HAD to make sure she and my brother were NO WHERE around!!! oh yes, yes, they readily agreed. So my mom gets her stuff ready to leave on vacation and this dude was relentless!!! He would NOT LEAVE HER ALONE!!! He bugged the living crap out of her and my siblings. Finally my mom just told them to forget it...to which he told her , oh no....i will add TWO treatments for the price of ONE" then we will just come back.  OH NO YOU WONT!!! my mom said. She said ..I TOLD YOU this was a ONE TIME THING. ONCE> dont bother me anymore.

When my mom got back from her vacation, she had a BILL waiting for her!!!! This was May. There were weeds relentless. THey havent stopped. She had to have it treated 4 or 5 times by other people because this company would NOT respond, instead, they said they had "treated " our lawn .   ??? WAIT A MINUTE!!! Did my mom not tell them NOT TO DARE step their foot on the lawn unTIL they called? and did she also tell them to forget it when they bugged the heck out of her?? But this is OCTOBER and she has received 3 and 4 bills a MONTH, yes a MONTH!! (I made her keep track) so lets see..multiply that postage and secretary time and what do you get?  36.00 for ONE treatment they said they did (WHICH THEY DID NOT!) minus all that harassament and minus the postage and labor..himm. oh yeah. what about that 2nd treatment ?

hmmm. being she was there they never claimed to do it when they came around and she told them she wasnt paying for services NOT RENDERED!!

so then they came out and acted like they were doing an all out survey or her yard. that she didnt ask for i may add.  And preceded to bill her!!!! WELL. SHE AINT PAYING for something SHE DIDNT RECIEVE!!!

I have contacted my3cents, better business bureau, class action connect and several others i am still in the process of .
