Truman Foreclosure Assistance Scammed me out of $3000.00 have yet to receive an email or return call back vancouver, Washington

I hired Truman Foreclosure back in March.  They instructed me to quit making payments (which I did) and they would negotiate a Loan Modification from my two lenders.  After paying the company $3000.00 and numerous attempts to call them and email them, only to never receive any communication back.  In August I contacted them again after many many attempts and used a false name.  I got a return call back.  I proceeded to let them know that now i am receiving letters saying my home will go into auction on September 18th.  I began demanding my money back.  Low and behold that day I received a call and what do you know, they had a loan modification for me.  It seemed very appealing and they did what they said they would do.  Present me with a Loan Modification I could afford.  HOWEVER, after doing some research I contacted my second lender and after speaking with a woman there i found out that on July 2, 2009 Truman called my second lender and Truman was told they would in no way offer me a loan modification.  Truman never verbalized this to me.  Again I started calling them back demanding my money returned and letting them know they had scammed me.  I again received no response.  So I took it a step further.  I contacted my local television station KATU and ask that someone help me out.  KATU did just that and more.  My story aired this month.  KATU tried contacting Truman but could never get a call back.  The gentlemen who interviewed me went above and beyond his job duties.  He contacted the Attorney General who also appears in this clip and come to find out Truman is not even legal to offer me any kind of loan modification in the state of washington.  So basically there 100% money back guarantee is a scam as well.  I then took it another step and emailed every radio station and news station in the state of Florida my news clip showing Truman ripped me off.  NBC who is featured on there website got an ear full as well.  I still contact Truman on a daily basis however now they have changed there recording and all you can do is leave a message and no one ever gets back to you.  I have turned this company into the Attorney Generals office in the state of Washington and Florida, I have turned them into the BBB, and any chance I get to write a report I let others know I got scammed.  I will never see my money back but I can save someone from getting ripped off.  My home will be auctioned off September 18th, 2009 I lost my home.  That is what Truman did for me.  DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID.
