TrustLink Negative Review Removed Internet

I am not going to mention the name of the online company here. They have settled with me to my satisfaction after admitting to taking advantage of me and overcharging. 

I am, however, going to give my review of Trustlink, or trustlink.org/Home, the online review company. After my disatisfaction with an online seller I wrote a negative review. 

During my negotiations with this company, which has over 99% positive reviews (huh?) I noticed my review was gone. I asked the man about it on the phone. He said he could see my review, right there in front of him. Reviews there are all dated and mine was clearly missing. Part of our agreement was that I was to modify or remove my review. I told him I didn't know how to do that, that there didn't seem to be a way through Trustlink. He said he would have someone call me and walk me through it. No-one ever called, they didn't have to. It was gone. 

Now, one of 2 things could have happened.

This company had permission control over their Trustlink reviews, to delete as needed. 

This company could easily hack into Trustlink and modify/remove reviews. 

To this day I have never removed my review but nonetheless it is gone. So what good is a review company where the client can modify or remove reviews they don't like? 

I'm just giving my experience. Clearly Trustlink has problems and it has gone on a long time. 99%+? I don't think so.
