TRX Software Program does not work as of 02/01/2013 Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Same thing as customer complaint ahead of me. Purchased 01/02/2013 and was told everything would be in place by the 15th. As of today they still don't have state programs ready (part of service), I couldn't even get a 1099-INT or DIV. I live in Active 55 community where the average age of clients are 75+. I offer pickup and delivery because a lot cannot get out. Now phone is ringing all the time wondering what's going on? Picked up their tax statements around the 15th and they were expecting returns to be filed the 30th. Called my credit card company for reversal but was told they could not do right away (Ia guess because its a program) have to wait for letter. We will see what happens.
