The TRX Program has been buggy from day one. Have had incorrect returns filed because of this software. You wait hours on hold for a Customer Service Representative to answer. Have had problems ignored for weeks. Only have 12 States available and there is only 17 days left in the Tax Season. I have spent hours doing State Returns by hand to avoid not losing customers. Had to reduce my prices because of the inconvenience that TRX Software has created. Will NOT be buying this Software again - would not even use it for free!!! There has to be a Class Action Lawsuit for a Company like this..
