TRX Software Non-Functional Tax Software Murfreesboro, Tennessee

This company thinks it can ripoff people by selling non-functional tax software. Do not stand for it. If you bought TRX tax software and it is full of errors and incomplete information, report it immediately to your state taxation dept. I have reported the company to my Taxation & Revenue dept and the attorney general. Both are investigating. My state software is so messed up that it prints 2012 information on 2011 forms. I printed about a dozen returns before one of my clients pointed it out to me. I cannot even paper file the returns because of this error. For clients who desperately need their refund I am hand-writing the tax return so that they can mail it. I have also had addition errors, miscalculations and credits that do not calculate. I have to review every line and make corrections. I do not trust the software.

My Attorney General says they have to issue refunds if they did not provide a fully functioning tax software product at the time tax season opened. They did not. So I encourage everyone ripped off by this company to contact your attorney general. We do not have to wait for a class action law suit. Let's get all 50 attorney generals and all 50 state taxation directors on these people's a*s to do the right thing.
