Trymedia EB-game Lied and wouldnt return Emails, broken products Internet

I ordered a digital download PC game from gamestop.com, the digital downloads are handled by Trymedia so Gamestop has no say in it.  The download was fine and when it finished everything seemed to be in order.

However when I tried to run/install the game I had downloaded it said it was missing a file that was in fact there. After several more attempts I got nowhere. It turns out the downloader had missed some information but didn't notice.  Trymedia has no phone number and can only be contacted by E-mail which takes at least 24hrs.

I have contacted gamestop and they informed me that they have no way to help with the fact that I have money tied up with a company that is selling a broken product and has no way to contact them.
