I recieved a card in the mail, "Congratulations...your credit is approved!" I should have known better.

They debited my account on November 25, 2002. They said the cards would be here by Christmas. Christmas came and went. Early January I called the number on my bank statement and talked to someone and they left a message with a manager to call me back. I actually recieved a call back and was told my package had been sent out the week before.

The end of January, still nothing. So, I called the number again and talked to a customer service rep. Iasked for my money back. He said to write a letter to them with a copy of my bank statement showing where they took the money out and they would refund it.

I sent the letter and the bank statement certified the beginning of February. They finally signed for the leter on February 24, almost a month later. I haven't heard anything from them and the phone just rings when I try to call.
