Tuesday Morning Using lies to deny benefits and ripoff customers of enough available merchandise and service New Jersey, California, Loisiana, Texas

This retail store is abusing employees making them work like animals and using Managers an Assistant managers that are except to do the hard work and save thousands of money on payroll so the Corporation and the stock holders have more money for themselves . Employees have to clean floors and toilets every day.


These are the three most important people in our company as you would see their names are deaf, dumb and blind. Many Workers Compensation cases are being denied and they will keep coming.

Management lunch and rest period is never respected. We have to work thru our lunch and rest time and never get paid for overtime because they used the excuse except when they hire us but we do work that we are not suppose to be doing and the assistant managers do not hire or fire or do what the excempt person should be doing.

They took away the drinking water too to save money.
The mayority are women getting paid less than men unloading trucks with almost 600 boxes every week under the hot sun and bad weather sometimes and snow storms that the regionals are never aware and they expect from us to empty the warehouse in 24 hours before the next truck arrives with only 2 people running the whole store.

Our very demanding customers are not aware of this treatment so we have to drop everything we are doing like unloading a truck to run from the back of our warehouse and get a roll of toilet paper or clean the toilets because some other customer made a mess and then go back to unloading the truck again. No thanks are given.

I got injured myself at work and my witness was coersed by my bully manager not to testify in my favor to explain to the Workers Compensation people that my injury was job related. They retaliatied against me because I knew too much.

The company's attorney's lie to the judge and even use management to lie under oath . Our attorney's are not prepared for this lies and they take advantage of this in many occations like in mine.

Many judges and officials are falling for this and they are being taken. My attorney did not showed up at my hearing and they send a substitute attorney that had no clue of my case.

They in that occation lied again and my subtitute attorney did nothing for me. Many people like me have fallen on other traps like denied unemployment and forcing people that worked many years for this company to quit.

We tried to get help thru our HR but they are not responding to our needs. We try to contact many goverment offices EEOC , BOLI and they keep giving us a run around with other phone numbers to call.

Messages never returned. Who will help us? This is the same company that sold expensive counterfit jewerly from $4.99 and less and then they said they had no idea.
