Tuition Options collection and is affecting my credit. Marlton New Jersey

My name is Antonio Brazao Student ID: 0363030 whit career step. Last year I sign up for a online course. I was excited to start until I got involved in a big car accident that almost took my life and my son's life. A lady ran a red light and hit my car. Because of accident I was unable to start the class. I went to disability for months and still in treatment due to this accident. To this day I'm still in treatment and I cannot take this class. I have called Career Step several time and asked to cancel my course and class because I'm unable to work or even take class. Nobody is doing anything to help or care about this situation. Now I have this going to collection and is affecting my credit. I would like to please take this out of my credit and once again cancel this class. Career Step can keep the money that I already paid. I don't mind at all you keeping what I have paid. I would like for this to be resolved without taking this issue to a legal route. I have called career step several times and send all the documents necessary to cancel this and they have told me that Tuition Options is the only option for this not be in my credit. I called Tuition Options and you have told me that this is at third party. I do not own anything to Career Step or Tuition Options. Can you help please
