TUNGSTEN COLLECTION LLC Yong U Yi Company is not a certified designer of tungsten rings. Manassas, Virginia

I called asking about where Tungsten Collection's products were designed and made and was told in the USA.  When I received the ring it was such terrible quality I found out that was not true and after some research I found out they were from China. The same thing happened to me as the other guy with a complaint on this site.  I returned the ring because they lied to me about their products and still haven't received a refund.  See their company information below:

Notice the company seems all American being in Virgina and all, but the owner is actually Chinese.  I know exactly what is going on here.  This business is a small time online store owned by a Chinese guy who just imports cheap rings from China and sells it to you at an inflated price.

By the way, they say they are a "certified" designer and provider of tungsten products.  What sort of certification do they have?  Why not say who certified them on their site.  Do not buy from them.
