TUNGSTEN COLLECTION LLC COMPANY NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR CLAIMS MADE ON WEBSITE MANASSAS VIRGINIA

I found the perfect wedding ring at Tungsten Collection .com, so I placed my order for a size 7.5 MIRE ResinTungsten Carbide Ring. And after paying an extra $15.00 so that I could have it in 2 days, I received a size 9.5 which of course DID NOT FIT. And I have since sent the ring back , AS WELL AS sent 2 emails regarding their error to no avail. And when I called to demand the refund I was due I was told that I would be charged a 10% restocking fee when CLEARLY on THEIR website that the restocking fee would not be charged if it were THEIR error... which my order shows that I ordered a size 7.5.

The customer service representative was rude and said it doesn't matter that I would be charged the 10% restocking fee. Now, no one has ever once answered ANY or my emails, and I have yet to receive my money back.

I sent the ring back and they received it on 01/28/09 with a two paged letter stating my unhappiness with my order, etc. NOTHING is being done to resolve this issue. I have since been lucky enough to have found the same ring on a different website and for cheaper. I am so frustrated! I just want my money back and to be done with THIS!
