Tuscan Readers Services, Bought childrens book and cd and did not deliver,. Now I belive co. is a scam. Buford Georgia

On 6/27/07 late afternoon my family and I had teenage girl at our door claiming to be selling books to help raise money for her softball team to go to finals in SanDiego. She siad she was homeschooled and was telling us numerous neighbors bought her books as well. If we did not want to buys hospital.. I did a check on my own and found that in the midst of all her rambling i left out name when I wrote her $4o check. When I pulled a check on the check itself at the bank, she wrote in as CASH. I have waited over the 120 grace period that it is supposed to take. I called and did not receive a live person, only a full mailbox recording.

Extensive research shows that this is now a scam, which I feel so dumb, how could I let this happen to us. We are usually so careful and felt this girl really was looking for some help.
