I ordered a DVD set from TV Ruby back in April. After numerous promisses that I would recieve soon I find out Canada Post was used. Tracking number says package was delivered to the United Kingdom. When trying to contact the postal service I get no response. When I leave messages for customer support on TV Ruby I get no response anymore. I want what was promissed or my money back.
