TV Ruby Very deceitful. Ignored communication. Ripped me off. Internet

I have done on line shopping, & never experienced what I have with TV Ruby. I was so excited to get the DVD set we ordered for my mom. We sat down to watch & immediatley there were problems.

There were DVD's that froze, skipped, didn't play at all, they were not in order-the most poorly job done imaginable. I emailed, numerous times before I got a response. The customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. I got "canned" responses back. No apology for my inconvenience, nothing. They said it would take 2 weeks for any replacements-this was in may-still haven't seen them.

I questioned what I'd have to do for a refund. I'd have to return the set before I'd receive it. At this point I doubt I'd ever see the refund, so I'm keeping the set, as is. I wish I found this site before I made my purchase. It pays to pay more for quality work. These people should not be in business-their web site is deceitful, & should be shut down.
