I acquired a citation for driving a CMV down a non cmv road about six weeks after getting out of truck driving school.

I contacted TVC and there sales rep. told me that they could help me. That they had a 92% success rate. told me that I would have to sign up and have a monthly fee taken out of my CC and sense my ticket was pre existing that I would have to pay something like 350.00 dollars up front. That is what I did.

I was put on the phone with another person that took care of the citations. I asked her if I had to go to court with the lawyer and she said not at the hearing but the next time I would.

The lawyer that she assigned to my case called me and told me that I should try to be in court on the date that he was to be there. ( I had to drive over 100 miles to this location from my home )

The date came and I showed up and he just sat there texting on his phone and never did anything. When it came time for me to get up and talk to the judge he never said anything and when it was over I was considered guilty and had to pay a fine on top of lawyer fees and never got the points off of my driving record.

I went out side at my lawyers request and asked him if he thought that I could get it taken care of at a higher court and he said yes. I called him a few days later and he kept making excuses and told me to call TVC. ( I only had 10 days to repeal the case)

I called TVC and they gave me a phone number to another lawyer and I never could get him on the phone. I called them back and they told me they would get me a phone number to another lawyer. By now the ten days where about to run out.

I gave up and called another company that advertised to help with tickets and he tried to help me out but by then the 10 day period had run out and there was nothing I could do.

I have also talked to another driver that used them and cost him a lot of money and still had to pay the fine and got points on his driving record and had to go to jail for a day.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND DO NOT!!! SIGN UP FOR THERE SERVICE
