Beware of this company. When I received one of their electric fireplace units recently it would not turn on.I searched local and regional appliance repair shops to find someone who could fix it. No one works with this kind of unit.

Then I called the company customer service number to see if they could refer me to a repair shop. I was told by an answering service that someone would call me within 24 hours. Then they began asking a series of personal contact questions. They wanted my home address and other information that had nothing to do with calling me back. I believe the entire customer service facade is just a marketing ploy.
