Two Small Men With Big Hearts Boy, do they have the wrong name!!!! Toronto Ontario

We have moved several times but Two Small Men were the worst movers I've ever had. They damaged not only the residence we were leaving (the railing on the front porch was literally ripped off), items that had been properly packed were broken and wooden furniture was marred and scratched upon arrival. When contacted the manager/owner, Jon Willoughby, would have nothing to do with it and accused us of lying. I'm not hard to get along with but he wouldn't as much as discuss the issue. A notarized statement detailing the cost to repair the damage was ignored. The cost of further pursuing this would have been too high. By this point I decided that it wasn't worth the upset. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced - with anything.
