Palisade Collection Agency investigation Fox6 news investigative reporter John Mattes exposes Palisade like others exposed on Rip-off Report that sends out collection notices for alleged nonexistent bills threatening to ruin your credit. I just received a Collection Notice from Chris Black from TxCollect, Inc. dba CTI in which they notify me that their client, Palisade Collection, LLC has placed my account in their office for collection because of a $276.02 debt for ATT WIRELESS.

There is a warning that if I dont dispute the debt with them within 30 days, they will assume the debt to be valid.

This is a fraud just like all the other Palisade Collection frauds you can read about on this website. So the question I have is; Why does a company like TxCollect, Inc dba CTI continue to collaborate with such criminals ? In fact doing their dirty work for them ? I am the sort of guy who has developed the necessary level of cynicism required to recognise criminals such as this, but what of all the other vulnerable people in our society who have not ?

Have no doubt that I will be relentless in my quest to expose and if needs be, take to court, these collaborating bands of thieves.
