Tyndall Federal Credit Union ripoff Panama City Florida

I was a month behing on my payment and had changed jobs. My payday went from every week to twice a month. I explained this to a lady at tfcu and she said she understood and I had told her that I would send a little each week until I got use to my bills being paid off of my twice a month paydays. This woman continued to call my work everyday not matter weither my payment was due or not she would say she was just checking on how things was going. It almost seemed like she has a split personality because one minutes she was fine and the next minute not. One day she told me I was behind and then a week later she told me that I was cought up and we was going to start a re-age process. then all of a sudden she was saying I was behind again and all this happend in a 3 week period.

on tuesday she called and I told her I was comming in on friday and I would pay 2 months at one time just so she would leave me alone and stop calling me at work before I got fired and she said that was fine and before I hung up the phone she was laughing and cutting up. I had ask her for a print out of my account because I had stubs from where I paid my account and I was not 3 months behind, all of a sudden her computer was down..go figure. The next day a man showed up at my place of work and got my car, when I tried to explain to him that I had already made arangements to pay friday (this was the day my 10 day grace period was up) and the repo man put the lady from tfcu on the phone she acted like she hadn't ever talked to me.

I understand that I signed a contract and everything and I didn'tt Just "hear" things that were not said because as far as I knew I was cought up and she tried to co back and say I missed a payment 7 months ago and thats why. If that was true she should have told me that instead of telling me I was cought up and trying to do a reage. How do these people sleep at night lying like thay do. Everyone in my office heard me talking to this lady the day before when she said it was ok for me to pay friday and the next day she said that she did not talk to me.
