TyTy Nursery Nursery is Deceptive and Lies!!! TyTy Georgia

I went online to order palm trees for my new Atlanta home's backyard pool. I saw that TyTy Nursery had "8 year old Windmill Palms at 5.5 to 6 feet tall" for only app. $250 each. What a bargain compared to the prices around town!

I ordered eight palms. When they got to my house via freight truck, I could not believe my eyes! Each palm was merely a house plant, not a tree! The tallest one measured from the base of the plant was 50 inches at best! When I called the nursery to complain they still wanted to charge me for the shipping...I decided that it was better to accept the plants then fight with them over the phone because I really wanted to prove to them that what they sold me was not what I ordered.
I am going to take pictures of the palms with a measuring tape next to them and use that as my proof.

Stay tuned...tomorrow I am going to fight them...I want at least some money back or new trees!!!
