U & M Classic Products ripoff Company refuses to talk to or contact me regarding a warrentee Can't be reached by phone or email Albuquerque New Mexico

On December 19, 2006 a group of people were selling the ISO International Ceramic Tourmaline Ionic. The Turbo Series hair straightener "Pink" model:ISO Turbo. They set up shop at Coronado Mall around the holidays. The price was $160.00, this product offers a life time warrantee. I had used the product for only one month and found that the ceramic is peeling off and the base it self is loose which causes the unit to slip, in turn I end up burning my hands and fingers. This product just does not work properly. I have a receipt for the product with, of course hand written incorrect contact information for the company. I have called Coronado Mall and asked for thier contact information. I've called the company several times and have only reached an answering machine at all times of the day. I left several messages and email requests for the company to contact me. It's now February 06' and still no one has contacted me. I finally went on line and looked up U & M Classic Products. The serch took me right to this web site. That told me a lot right there.
I will continue to contact this company to demand an exchange on this pricely product.

They will not get away this this one!
