U & M Classic Products hustled me for a product that works half the time and is overpriced relative to other outlets Ripoff San Diego California

I was on a trip to San Diego, which explains why they're located in that particular mall, so traveled by tourists. I should have known the hustle I was entering, but the product sounded like something that would be really useful to me and it worked well - THERE. It wasn't until I got on the road in Louisiana and Mississippi where I work that I realized how spotty the reception was when a radio station was near the frequency set in the product.

I called to see if the transmitter could be set to a different frequency for my area and was promised a replacement set to the approriate freq. (That should tell you that the cost of the product is nominal to them.) It sounded legit over the phone. But I faxed copies of my receipt and never heard back from them.

Perhaps I slipped through the cracks. I know I will never buy anything like that again from Kiosk Hustlers. What was I thinking?
