U-Save Car and Truck Rental I am one of hundreds of people who hasn't recieved their $250 security deposit back MIAMI FLORIDA

I rented a car here on 9/19/18, paid for it with my debit card and paid for the $250 security deposit. I returned the car with a full tank with no damage and a clean vechile. They told me that they return the security deposit within 7-14 business days.

After 3 weeks I called to see when they would return my $250 security deposit, They told me that they we behind and would be refunding my security deposit within a week. after 2 weeks I still haven't recieved it, I called again and they said they hadn't yet filed the paperwork for my refund and that wors case senario it would be another week.

I have got excuse after excuse time and time again, it has been 3 months and still haven't recieved my refund. After looking online I found on Yelp that this company is notorious for fraud and not returning their customers security deposit.

The entire first page of their Yelp is riddled with complaints about how rude they are and people who have never returned their $250 security deposit. There are hundreds of people who still haven't recieved their $250 security deposit back. They are outright lying, stealing and comitting fraud on a massive scale!

How can a company who steals blatantly from their customers hundreds of times still be in business? This is outrageous, I haven't even looked into their other complaints but The Florida Attorney General and Better Business Buearu have been notified and they haven't done anything yet.

These people deserve to be shut down and their management and ownership need to be brought up on criminal charges.
