U-Talk Unlimited Lying, dishonest, misleading promises, Charge BEFORE trial ends Las Vegas Nevada

I was contacted on 12/4 for long distance services by this company, I agreed to a $1.95 withdrawl from my account for the package for review. I was told at that time that the package should arrive in 7-10 working days, as of the 18th I had not received the package for review.

I contacted the company to ask where the package was, I was asked to wait for a few more days since the package was not sent until 12/8. I told them I would contact them on Monday the 22 if I had not received the packet for review.

I did not receive the packet and called, I was asked if I was still interested in the LD services. I told them if I got the packet and could review I might me. I was then told of a "one time set up fee" of 141.85 that was "pending". I told them that according to what I was told I would have 7 days AFTER receiving the package to let them know.

Even if I had recieved the packet for review the one time fee was taken from my account BEFORE my alloted time for review. I have tried to contact this company several times and have been on hold for litterally HOURS.

On 12/22 I spoke with Jamie at this company and told her that I was NOT interested in this service and that the pending charge had better not go thru my account, she assured me that no monies would be taken out of my account and provided me with at confirmation number for the cancellation of this service that I NEVER received.

If I had received the package in the 7-10 working days, even if the packet had been mailed on the 4th (the day they contaced me) I still should NOT have been charged the set up fee until the 25th. I cancelled the order on the 22nd and they processed the one time fee on the 24th. The cancellation confirmation number is 1986724. I will be willing to provide any information you need to prosecute this.

Complaint filed with the Ohio Attorney Generals office, I have been advised that since there have been so many complaints on this company that they have contacte the FTC.
