Yes, I recieved a letter with no retrun address. Ouyt of curiousity, I opened it to see what it was. The my address was preprinted on the letter using a clear window to expose the address for postal service. Not much information provided to give you but I will give you what I can find. In capital letters on the outside envelop it saysPRIORITY/PRIORITAIRE. The postage stamp is a business bulk stamp in a box. Top line T.P., second line 00000640 and third line, 690 09  breclav 120.

The letter states, " Dear Michael XXXXX This is a very important statement. You are quarenteed to recieve $5,000 if you return the reoleise form as instructed and fulfill the contest requirementss.

The accounting department has retained services of a reputable courier to deliever the check for $5,000. This is a contest with additional tiebreakers to determine the winner. The contest of skill is not a lottery, game of chance or gambling.

Please do no0t delay in responding. There i8s no purchase or contribution necessary to enter or win.

Michael XXXXX this document is to serve you as your official certificaation that you are a rightfull owner of the $5,000 payment number UB15. This is an official document confirming your status regarding the guarenteed [yment whose distibution is now pending.

The seal of aproval is not detented telling me it a copied document only saying " Ubi release approved department. The release form says " approved by accounting department, statement value $5,000 check, payment number ubi5, dated october 21 check id number USNMGo32 Q626502956   1
