I made a good bid on a computer on Ubid.com and my credit card cleared the end of july then I checked on line it showed it was canceled then it showed later with a different Order number and in the suppliers warehouse.

I sent an email to Ubid inquiring about why my order which was canceled and now it shows and order in suppliers warehouse I wanted to know what was going on with the order it has been a couple of weeks now. Now they tell me this order had a warehouse discrepancy with it and it had to be cancelled.

Then I send another email it had been over 20 days now
standard ground shipping the site said 4 to 12 days they
told me my merchandise is shipping directly from a supplier as opposed to our central facility. As stated on this auction's shipping table, your order may take 10 - 17 business days total delivery time. which is not what the site said.

The end of August I send another email to find out what is going on they tell me The vendor was contacted on 08/27/02 on this issue. Our research is currently working with them on this issue. Please allow a little more time for this research. Hopefully your order will be shipping soon.

I sent many Emails called customer service and no one new anything about my order they give the the company which was the one who was to be shipping the Item and they new nothing about the order. After a month and half with no success of anyone knowing anything about my order I told them to cancel the order.

I will never buy anything again from ubid and I will also let everyone I know how incompetent Ubids customer care really is, I won the bid, my credit card was cleared I went beyond what I should have had to do on my part and Ubid did nothing to resolve the issue. many more will know how incompetent ubid Customer Service really is.
