UClipUSave Fraud Rip Off Artists, Internet

About 2 weeks ago, I inquired about a payday loan over the Internet. On 05/25/10, I noticed that my account was overdrawn due to debit from a company called uclipusave. (This also caused my account to be overdrawn)

I immediately called the company and told them the payment was not authorized and I wanted them to immediately cancel my account. They then informed me that the 23.96 was non-refundable and I should have read the terms. I'm not sure how I can read the terms of a non-existent offer.

When inquiring about the payday loan, I saw NOTHING pertaining to a company named uclipusave. So I have no idea what they are talking about. When the rude agent told me that the money was non refundable, I promptly told her I would be speaking to the attorney general in my state and I would also have my bank reverse the charges if I could.

These people are cons and ambush artists, and should be put out of business.
