Ordered 2 pairs of uggs on 30th January 08- not arrived. E-mailed company and no reply to e-mail address.

Received strange express courier international envelope on 3rd Feb from an address in Moorabin, Victoria with blank piece of paper in it. Took to Parcel Force International office here in Mitcham Surrey UK, they had never seen an evelope like this before.

Still wondering what to do and how to tackle this.
