I ordered footwear from this site on the 9th Dec last year. they failed to deliver! (apparently my order was delivered to an address some 200 miles from where I live). Subsequent attempts to either get the goods or a reund have filed miserably. PayPal was the intermediary - they have confirmed and found in my favour, with respect to my original complaint to them regarding the non-delivery - but they state they do not have the funds to re-imburse me.

It has now become clear to me that the uggfootwear-direct site was a scam site and it is also clear that PayPal should not be trusted either! I suspect, that they expect little consumers like me, will just shut up and forget this situation.
