I presume like many, I too found this site offering UGG boots that were in stock! Having tried before Christmas without any success to get a pair for my daughter's Christmas present was relieved to find this company. However I too paid by paypal and have heard or received nothing. I have tried numerous times to contact them via customer services and also via the email address that paypal give on their email receipt for payment, but have had no reply. This company is obviously a rip off, and I am stunned that it is still allowed to trade and take money from people. I have contacted paypal and my credit card company.
