Uggfootwear-direct is a rip off! no ugg boots, no refund! Internet

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots form uggfootwear-direct on December 26th 2007, thinking that they were genuine Ugg Australia products. I recieved an e-mail through PayPal with a receipt number on the same day. The next day, I recieved another e-mail through PayPal with a tracking code, which did not work!!

I though this was suspicious, so i sent an email to Ugg Australia asking whether the web based company was licensed to sell these products. I recieved a reply saying that they could not confirm nor deny that the goods were genuine Ugg Australia products, as they could have purchased them from their UK retailers.

Thinking that the Ugg boots were fakes, I tried to cancel the order through e-mail and I asked them to contact me with details of a refund. No reply, therefore I thought that they had already been shipped and it was too late to cancel.

I waited for the order to arrive, they said it would take 10-15 business days. When the 15th day passed, I sent an e-mail to john1@xrenmail asking what the approx delivery date would be. Again, no reply.

A few days later, i sent yet another e-mail as I was concerned what had happened with the order. Again, no reply.

I was going to send another e-mail today, but decided to enter the e-mail address john1@xrenmail into a search engine on the internet. I found this website with numerous reports of rip off!

This is not acceptable and I hope that something can be done to refund my money!
