We hired Ultimate Limo & Party Bus of New England for a school banquet and were not pleased. First, my credit card was completely charged immediately rather then when service was provided.

We were told the driver would be there at 5:50pm, but he showed up at 6:25pm with the wrong limo. We ordered a black party bus and a white pick-up truck limo showed up. The limo had torn seats, smelled awful and was very hot inside. When we reserved the party bus, the price we were quoted stated that the tip was included, so I assumed that is exactly what they meant.

However, Doug and the driver called my 16 year old daughter the next day and complained to her that we did not tip him. She stated that we were told it was included in the price and that she didn't feel it was appropriate for him to be calling.

Doug and his employees will also post pictures of your kids or of your party all over his company facebook page without your permission to gain business. This man is horrible and has no morals. I was furious that he would do such a thing. We will not be using or recommending this company in the future.

*** Caution *** If you file a complaint about him or his business, Doug will then try to publicly destroy you by posting false things about you on this site, which will rank #1 in Google's search engines about you everytime. That's how I found out about this site. Luckily I am not the only one who has complained about him on here.
