 I was contacted by phone and bought a 2 day cruise and they threw in a rental car and 5 nights hotel stay.On top of that we were supposed to get 2 one week stays at a different hotel to be used in the future.All for only 999.00.They told me I was responsible for port fees. There was no mention of a time share presentation We were supposed to have 3 days in Orlando then drive to Ft Lauderdale then to Palm Springs to board the cruise.also we had the option of 2 days in Ft Lauderdale 1st then the cruise and the 3 days in Orlando. When I called to book it they said they would get back to me in a couple of days.3 months went by finally I called them To book it and no one would answer the phone.

It took several weeks of trying and finally I got through.But they had no rooms in Ft. Lauderdale so I had to take all of them in Orlando,unless I bought a 500 dollar upgrade.They also said at the beginning they would help with our airline tickets.Not true.I didn't buy the upgrade so I had 3 in Orlando then the cruise then back to Orlando. The cruise was 180.00 for 2 days and we each bought 1 drink and my husband bought a pair if flip- flops at the gift shop.They fleeced us coming and going. When we got back to Orlando we went to an amusement park and about midnight we went to our hotel.I had confirmed both of my reservations becouse I didn't want anything to go wrong.

When we went in the hotel they said we had to set through a timeshare presentation and give them our credit card so they could put a 40 .00 charge or we wouldn't be given our room.We were tired ,my husband is disabled and we have a 7 year old and we are old people 65 and 57 and they were using extortion to get us to look at a timeshare presentation.I told them we couldn't do it tomorrow we had expensive theme park tickets.They called the police on us for trying or get a room we had paid for.I told them ,we don't have a lot of money,we are living on disability and the theme park tickets were over 3 hundred dollars and we were leaving at 5:30 the following morning and there was no way.

Nobody ever mentioned a timeshare before.We were bewildered and cast out into the night by the police. While on the boat I talked to people who had a free cruise all they had to do was sit through a presentation.I thought we paid for ours ,I'm glad we didn't. All throughout this vacation I could not reach anyone to help us.Our vacation had been ruined.After we got home I tried without success to get someone to help me,I also had to pay $80 for the rental car about $70 at the first hotel in fees and it was the biggest scam I've ever seen.They charged me almost $900 port fees and I researched it and they are $19 a person. I haven't gotten my credit card statement yet but there may be more charges.My little $1000 vacation ended up costing $4000 and counting.Im contesting my credit cards and currently no one will answer the phone at ultimate getaways.This should be illegal! One last remark at the hotel they kicked us out of there was another lady they did the same thing to.This is how they operate all the time.she went ahead and sat through the presentation ,she didn't have theme park tickets .extortion worked on her.

 No, you couldn't make up this bad of an experience.And why would you want to?They scammed us again saying they would refund our money if we took down our post.And after I said they made it right with us,they wouldn't and wouldn't answer their phone or email.I think they wrote this rebuttal.

It was a catastrophe start to finish,even for months after we got home I had to go through hell.

After being fleeced,conned and they couldn't care less, they conned me into taking down my bad reviews and said after I did they would credit my account,and then would not answer their phone or email.Dont use this company.to say it was a bad vacation is an understatement.They couldn't be contacted before,during or after and then tried to blame it on the hurricane, which was way after it.I have never seen a company that didn't care about their clients the way this one doesn't.They blamed the cruise line ,they blamed the hurrican,they blamed us, they lied about what was said and promised and said they had it on a recorded line and I asked them to produce it and it was BS.

Hello my name is Lala I am a real customer I have traveled with this company twice and we are working on ot third trip... My personal travel CJ was explaining me about this web site a client who previously experienaced a a poor vacation... listien we all know planing a vacation can be excided and overwhelmed but I have read this womans complaint and I swear she is making 97% of this up.. (my opinion) I mean from a real point of view that is crazy.  The only thing I would say is I received my itinerary really late and thats only because my email adress was hacked and didnt realize that... but other then that my family and I had a great time and thier customer service was outstanding always spoke to someone and if we didnt they always gave us a call back. So please who ever is reading this take my message in consideration.
