Ultimate Van Lines under quoted me, then forced me to rewrap items for $1000 more than quoted. When I had a problem with this the movers left with my stuff (held my stuff against my will). They demanded that they would not deliver unless they got their money before movers arrived. They were a week late delivering. They also said they would be the movers handling my move but they hired a company from Las Vegas to move me. They movers damaged some items. They also stole a box of Kitchen items. Tina lied to me everytime we talked. Mathew the sales guy works hand in hand with her to cover their tracks.

I have filed reports with Texas, Federal, local, BBB, and other various sites. I have descovered they have many other complaints for same problems.
