Ultimate Warranty Corp Aka TPA Risk Management I can not get my check issued to me to get my car repaired. Rocky River Ohio

I purchased my car September 2006 from a used car lot, and was told to purchase an extended warranty at that time. I took my car in for service on December 14th, 2007. The service location notified Ultimate Warranty to get the ok to repair my car, but was told a check would have to be sent to me before the repair could be completed. I have benn waiting on this check to come in order to get my car repaired. As of today, January 11th 2008 I have received nothing. I called the company to see when I would receive my check but was told Ultimate is no longer a business. I was directd to TPA Risk Management (same telephone number), they stated they have to wait on the court to give them the ok to release the funds.

In the meantime I can not drive my car, and have been without transportation. I was told the only way I could get a loaner was if the service time was four hours or more. This is not stated anywhere on the Contract.

I am very displeased with the way this claim is being handled and the length of time I have to wait.
