Ultimate Warranty Corporation I cancelled my warranty with this company and they are not refunding my money. Rocky River Ohio

I purchased an extended warranty with this company and later decided to cancel it. The dealership that I bought the warranty through has since told me that they are "re-structuring" and so they aren't moving very fast on claims or refunds.

Amazingly, I've been told that even if I had a claim, they wouldn't pay off on it even though they are still taking my money every month. This is America - you can't take people's money and offer no service for it. That's called stealing.

I've paid a lot of money already for this warranty and they wouldn't have helped even if I would have had a claim, and now they won't refund my money. The policy says right on it that you can cancel at any time.

They really need to cancel my policy and refund me for the extra months that they've taken money from me. Just because they're "re-structuring" doesn't give them a license to steal. I work in an Accounting office - all they have to do is look up my contract # and click a button and I'm cancelled so "not being able to get to it" is no excuse. That's how computers work - "click" and you're done.

It's time for them to refund my money!!!
