I have purchased couple of herbal supplements on-line on September 17th, visiting www.breastgainplus.com and www.ultraherbal.com. Since they both had the same product and the same phone number so I decided to go ahead and order them online.

A few days later, I was checking my credit card statement online and realised there were 5 payments due to ULTRA HERBAL. I was very surprised because I was very careful not to click the submit button no more than one time - I have purchased many things online before and I am ALWAYS very careful on this.

I tried to contact someone over the phone, the first phone call I made to the company, they just said I have to file the complaint online by filling the contact form on their website. So I did wrote two messages on www.breastgainplus.com and www.ultraherbal.com.

I waited for their reply back for a couple of days but nothing..
so I called them again and then they put me on hold for about 5 minutes then the operator said the customer service department lines were all busy. And the only way to talk to them is just to leave a message on their answering machine. So I did. and I went to their sites again and left two more messages.

A week has past, I did not hear anything from none of them yet, I basically gave up contacting them over the phone nor the website. It seems like their customer service department virtually do not exist.

It has been 12 days since I made the order but I have not recieved any package from them either. I don't think I will anyway.

I am in Japan so it might be more complicated to proceed some legal actions towards them, but I am willing to take this as far as possible.

I also think they have passed my email address to some other sites, because since the next day I purchased the product, I have been getting about 20 to 30 spams all containing sexual context.

So whoever thinking about purchasing anything from them, please be really careful and think twice before you do.
