Ultra Image Solutions is burning ship about to go down. We contracted the company to install cameras in our 100k sq ft. (August 1st, 2009) facility and Scott R. Christie (the owner). Scott will ask you for payment upfront (do not pay them upfront). He will tell you things like:

"please see my math didnht add up right,.I had someone in my office type this up, and they did something screwy".

Scott had his crew show up and install the cameras we asked for, which took them about a week, they would show up one day and come back two days later without a phone call.

We arrived at a point where they just stop showing up and we got the run around from Scott with excuses like:

"My step dad died. Be in the office tomorrow, and techs at ur location at 10.30am"

and

"Went into office for only an hour today. And I hate excuses but here goes truth. Tyler my brother one of the techs that did wiring got pulled over today for warrant . Its on ocsd.org website to verify. Ryan and mike will be out there tomorrow. With no excuse."

which never happened till about a week later.

When you call the office number listed on his website, you will get his receptionist who will put you through to voice mail every time. Scott's form of communication are via his black berry 2 to 3 days later.  When you arrive and at a point of fustration and get firm with his office, he will reply:

"Please don't harass my office. We as a company have had some set backs.
If you need to get legal on us. Then do it.
Or. We have always come through and will do so.

Today is September 1st, 2009 and we have not heard a response from Scott. We are moving to filing a suit in court this week as well as filing a complaint with the BBB. You will notice that there rating is an "F" and they have 9 unanswered complaints listed on the website.

I make this statement of my own free and do not make them on behalf of my company. I hope that this will enable other companies and indviduals avoid this company or help file a class action suit that will remove them from the business structure.
