I called company of my complaint of what was wrong with the furniture I purchased from Week-ends, which is where I bought a 7 yr. warranty. Ultra Shield is place you call for warranty.

I explained to them the problem I had with the furniture and they said do to the fact I had reported a similar problem back last year with the same [piece it was not covered on warranty.

It was not same problem I had they are just trying to get out of paying for the furniture being repaired. I am very upset with them and I will never buy a warranty from them again.
RIP OFF RIP OFF.

DO NOT buy an Ultrashield Warranty! Rip Off!

I wish that I had visited this website before purchasing an Ultrashield Warranty. Maybe I can spare you. Do not buy one, a complete rip off and they will give you the run around and make excuses as to why your furniture cannot be fixed under the warranty you purchase. As others on this website, I have been taken for $160 (the price I paid for an Ultrashield warranty for my sleigh bed). When first contacting Elizabeth at Ultrashield, she was quite nice, until she found out I had a claim. I was passed onto supervisors Adrianna and Brandi, both of whom did nothing to help me and kept making excuses as to why my sleigh bed was not covered under warranty. Answering machines, no return phone calls...I obtained scratches in the sleigh bed due to an accident and it clearly states in the warranty scratches are covered, however, they got out of fixing my bed by stating the scratches are not "penetrated" into the wood, which clearly they are. Apparently, for the scratches to be covered, they have to be penetrated into the wood. They claim the scratches are not penetrated, which clearly they are! I had another technician come to my home who clearly agrees with me that the scratches are penetrated! Fortunately, Roomful Express who sold me the Ultrashield warranty is replacing my bed free of charge to keep a happy customer (me) and is taking a loss due to Ultrashield. But it took me 4 long months of phone calls and fighting to get to this point. Ultrashield needs to be taken down and I am going to do it! I am contacting the Attorney General's Office, as well as the Better Business Bureau, and you should too. I am filing a claim and I am willing to go to court if need be. Do not let them take you! After what I have been through the last 4 months trying to get scratches fixed on a bed that should be covered under my warranty and I am out $160 for the warranty I purchased through Ultrashield, I am not letting it go and you should not either! They messed with the wrong person this time! This company is making a lot of money on warranties and not covering anything! I am not the only person who is in this situation from what I understand. Ultrashield is doing this to everyone. We need a class action lawsuit!
