Ultra Shield Waste of time and money Somerset, Kentucky

Ultra Shield sells lifetime warranties for new furniture purchases however they do whatever it takes to avoid actually warrantying anything. Buying their product was a waste of time and money and their business practices are aggravating and offensive.

The second the woman on the phone realized I was calling to make a warranty claim she became hostile and treated me like I was the con artist. I filed a BBB report against them for failing to provide the services I paid for and they rebutted telling me  they would be keeping my money, would never warranty my couch and there was nothing I could do about it. This reply satisfied the BBB apparently and they maintained their A+ rating.

Upon further inspection of this company through the BBB they have received 129 complaints in the 13 months they have been accredited for this very same issue, AND THEY STILL HAVE AN A+ RATING! That is almost 10 complaints a month for the same issue, how are they still in business?!

Long story short, save your time, your money and your sanity and steer clear of this scam company.
