The Company offers Pre Paid Services, but charges you fee's for credit, that they want extend to you, also charges you 25.00 late fee's, pretending act like their a credit card company, but have prepaid procedures.This Card is not for anyone that want to use a pre-paid card, but it's for someone who needs a credit card that want ever get credit extended to them by this company.Here's the deal I owed them 10 Bucks month, now that's to report,I missed two months of payment, I was charged $23.00 plus $25.00 X 2 for late fee's.Now I know we get into contract that we don't read through completly, but if we sign up for a pre-paid services,then we should use this card the way it was set-up,see if I have 100 bucks on the card, if I try to make a purchase for $120, guess what the card declines, ask them for credit and they, say "no".So if a pre-paid card have pre-paid rules, then let it serve it purpose.I want to let future people know about Ultral VX, if you want a credit card, then I apply for one, if you want a pre-paid card and for that purpose then try Ultra VX.
