I attended UDS throughout the entire program, including my externship. Not only did I not receive my certificate, but I didn't even get invited to my own graduation. Everyone I tried communications with seemed to get fired directly afterwards. I have turned them into every representative in Texas I can find to listen to me, and nobody seems to be able to help. I no longer want my certificate a year later, I would like a refund for the cost of my tuition.
Although I know I will never receive anything but broken promises from them. I would suggest that No ONE in Dallas put theirselves in this situation. Very bad business practices, including unlawful disposal of biohazardous waste materials. But proving that to them is unheard of.

I absolutely got nothing but a hard time from them. They sold the company during my attendance at UDS, once they sold into Sanford Brown, they were no longer interested in the previous students, or at least they had no interest in me.
My sister also attended at the same time, and she also has not received her diploma. But since I did complete the courses, they are not willing to refund any monies, and won't return our calls.
I've just given up on trying to be nice, if I have anything to do with it, they won't be able to do this to anyone else.
